This policy covers the NextRaise website, calculators, and related pages (the “Service”). If a page links to a different policy, that policy controls for that page.

Account & contact data: name, email, employer (if provided), and messages you send us.
Usage data: pages viewed, device/browser info, coarse location (city/country), and performance metrics to keep pages fast.
Calculator inputs: salary figures and toggles you enter. We avoid collecting sensitive identifiers and run calculations client-side where possible.
Cookies: strictly-necessary cookies for security and session; optional analytics and preferences (see Cookies).
4) How we use data
- Provide calculators and pages, and personalize your experience.
- Answer support, sales, and partnership requests promptly.
- Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and keep the Service reliable.
- Improve features, documentation, and UI/UX based on aggregated trends.

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may lodge a complaint with your Data Protection Authority.
US-CA (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents can request access, correction, deletion, and opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS, access controls, and monitoring. No method is perfectly secure; we continually improve our safeguards.
12) Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age required by local law. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Service or law. When we post changes, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you.
